✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Please do not send any items back before contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


🛠️ Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us right away at luxishop1.official@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

  • Items marked as “final sale” or gift cards

Want a different product?
The quickest way is to return your original item, and once it’s accepted, place a new order separately.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.
Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the transaction.
